Your musical material

Sending an enquiry does not itself transfer ownership of your material. Original music you create remains yours, subject to any underlying third-party rights. This notice does not grant permission to use someone else’s compositions, recordings or samples.

By sending material, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions and give CaliaWaves limited permission to receive, review and process it solely to respond to your enquiry. There is no automatic transfer of copyright. Unlawful or infringing content is prohibited.

Uploads and exports

Only send or export material you are entitled to use and share. Do not upload unlawful content, malware or unnecessary personal data about other people. Lab exports and submitted files can contain third-party musical material; you remain responsible for checking the relevant rights.

Current site scope

This is a non-AI site with manual musical tools and service enquiries. No account, subscription or online payment is active. Any collaboration, delivery rights and price must be agreed separately; this short notice is not a service contract.
